Looking for a proactive and organized Venue Executive to manage wedding and matrimonial event operations at the venue. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling on-site arrangements, and ensuring smooth event execution as per client expectations.
Coordinate and manage on-site operations for wedding events.
Liaise with vendors (decoration, catering, photography, etc.) for timely setup.
Ensure venue readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with event schedules.
Handle client and guest needs during events.
Supervise support staff (housekeeping, security, valet, etc.).
Resolve on-ground issues promptly.
Assist in pre- and post-event checks and reporting.
0–5 years of experience in event or venue management (wedding/matrimony preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours (nights/weekends).
Knowledge of wedding customs or regional traditions is a plus.
Freshers with internship or volunteering experience in events are welcome.
