Job Description:- 

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various on-ground and online event operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution and delivering an excellent experience to attendees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of event execution (venue setup, materials, check-in systems, manpower, etc.)

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met

• Handle on-site event operations including registration desk management, QR Check-in setup, and attendee assistance

• Support digital registration, hardware setup (printer, scanner, etc.), and other tech aspects

• Ensure timely dispatch and inventory of marketing materials for each event

• Collect data, feedback, and reports post-event for analysis and improvement

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align event goals

• Maintain budgets and track expenses for each event

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in event management or operations (fresher with relevant internship can also apply)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on event needs

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic tech handling

• Ability to stay calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with event tools or CRM systems is a plus

• Basic knowledge of hardware setup (printers, QR scanners) is an advantage
