The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping, managing, and enhancing the brand identity of the company. You will lead the strategic development and execution of brand campaigns that reinforce our market positioning, attract high-value clients, and promote a cohesive visual and verbal brand identity across platforms and events.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Define and communicate brand guidelines, tone, and voice across all channels.
Marketing & Communication
Lead the creation of marketing materials, brand campaigns, and digital content.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for content creation, advertising, and media placements.
Monitor brand consistency in all marketing efforts, including social media, websites, proposals, and event signage.
Event Branding
Work closely with event producers and clients to ensure brand integration in all aspects of event execution.
Create brand toolkits and visual identity guides for event-specific branding when needed.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor branding, and customer feedback to guide branding efforts.
Use insights to recommend improvements and innovations in branding.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the brand ambassador both internally and externally.
Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to maintain brand alignment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
4–7 years of brand management experience, ideally in event management, hospitality, media, or creative industries.
Strong portfolio of brand campaigns or event branding projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Deep understanding of digital and social media branding.
Creative flair with strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Familiarity with event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
Knowledge of influencer and experiential marketing trends.
