Solar Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

·         Coordination with various teams

·         Update / Reporting to management

·         Supervise / Quality control of work

·         Coordination of installation schedules

·         Management of staffing to ensure time completion

·         Monitoring day to day site activities as per schedule and provide plan accordingly

·         Coordinate with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget

·         Trouble shooting issues relating to installation

·         Site inspection

·         Understanding of single line diagram

·         Knowledge of PV module layout plan

·         Knowledge of Civil & Electrical work

·         On ground Team Hiring & Team Management

·         Coordination and timely reporting

·         Understanding of Solar Project Management process

·         Site inspection Project Planning Understanding of single line diagram

·         Knowledge of PV module layout plan Knowledge of Civil & Electrical work

·         On ground Team Hiring & Team Management

·         Project Management Experience from 50KWp to 500 KWp (Roof-top & Ground Mounted) On-site Execution More than 10 Projects

Key Skills:

·         Knowledge in Solar Panel Installation

·         Knowledge of Solar Inverter

·         Knowledge of electrical layout and how to handle site constraints in system design

·         Good knowledge of power cables/electrification for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors

Qualification:

·         B.Tech/B.E/ M. Tech - Electrical, Energy/MBA/Diploma

Industry:

·         Power/Energy/Renewable/Environment

Mandatory:

·         Candidate should be from Solar PV background

·         Currently located in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate to Delhi/NCR

·         Willing to travel in India and abroad.
