Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical wiring, battery connections, and solar system installations. You will be responsible for carrying out complete electrical work including house wiring, inverter and battery setup, and panel connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems for solar power setups in homes and businesses.

• Handle internal wiring and cabling for inverters, batteries, and solar panels.

• Execute AC/DC wiring and load connections as per project requirements.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare for installations.

• Ensure safety standards and electrical regulations are strictly followed.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in solar installations.

• Coordinate with technicians and engineers during the installation process.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear in proper working condition.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in electrical work (solar installation experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of residential wiring, battery systems, and load distribution.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant trade certification.

• Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks.

• Willingness to travel locally to project sites in and around Latur.

• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and electrical standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with solar energy systems.

• Familiarity with inverter-battery installation and maintenance.

• Valid driving license (two-wheeler preferred).
