Key Responsibilities:
Game Maintenance and Repair:
Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in various arcade games, redemption machines, and other attractions.
Preventative Maintenance:
Conducting routine checks and maintenance to prevent potential issues and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Guest Interaction:
Assisting guests with game-related inquiries, troubleshooting minor issues, and providing information about promotions and events.
Technical Support:
Providing technical support to other team members and escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels.
Inventory Management:
Assisting with the management of spare parts and supplies for game maintenance.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all games and attractions meet safety standards and regulations.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other team members, including venue managers and guest service associates, to create a positive and enjoyable environment for guests.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electronic equipment.
