Job Summary:

Convenio Foods is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer – EEE to oversee the electrical and electronic maintenance of food processing equipment and facility systems. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of machinery in a hygienic and safety-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment in the food processing plant.

Ensure all machines and equipment function efficiently with minimal unplanned breakdowns.

Monitor and maintain electrical panels, distribution boards, and industrial wiring systems.

Liaise with the production team to schedule maintenance without affecting production schedules.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and hygiene standards during maintenance operations.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdown logs, and spare parts inventory.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and repair of equipment/components.

Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and support energy-saving initiatives in the facility.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

2. Sound knowledge of electrical safety, automation systems, control circuits, and food-grade machinery.

3. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

4. Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, FSSAI compliance in maintenance practices is preferred.
