Key Responsibilities
Installation & Setup: Assemble, install, and calibrate medical and dental equipment at client sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to clients, addressing operational queries and guiding them through equipment functionalities.
Training & Demonstrations: Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they are well-informed about the safe and effective use of equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory updates, using tools like Google Sheets.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables, initiating reorders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulatory standards during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: ITI certification in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with experience in medical or dental equipment servicing are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in servicing medical or dental equipment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and electronic testing equipment.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Certifications: Additional certifications in biomedical equipment servicing or electronics are advantageous.
