We are seeking a skilled and motivated ITI Electrical Service Engineer to join our Solar Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting site surveys, assisting with system installation, and offering after-sales service for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and evaluate technical feasibility for solar panel installations.

• Assist the sales team with technical inputs and solution design for solar power systems.

• Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems (on-grid and off-grid).

• Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot issues related to electrical components.

• Coordinate with vendors and technicians to ensure smooth execution of solar projects.

• Maintain proper documentation of service records and installation reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all service activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and solar components.

• Ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagrams.

• Basic understanding of solar inverters, batteries, and PV modules.

• Hands-on experience in service, repair, or installation is a plus.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
