About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ITI Electrician to join our operations team for the maintenance and smooth functioning of our hydropower plant. The role involves handling electrical equipment, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in the hydropower plant.

Perform preventive maintenance of motors, transformers, control panels, switchgear, and other electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime.

Assist in the inspection and testing of electrical equipment.

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during maintenance and operation work.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.

Support the operations team during plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI Electrician certification from a recognized institute (mandatory).

Minimum [1 to 3] years of experience in electrical maintenance (hydropower/industrial plant experience preferred).

Knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and power distribution.

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
