Installations:

• Technician will be able to install solar panels, inverters, mounting systems and associated electrical components as per design specifications.

• Technician will be able to do commissioning of the solar systems ensuring all the electrical connections and system settings are correct.

• Technicians will be able to supervise the site during the installation of the site or he will provide support to the office regarding site installation.

• Technician needs to take telephonic follow-ups installation contractor at various stages and also responsible when the project execute with our own team.

• Technician will be able to coordinate between site allocation to project completion for smooth and satisfying client experience till the final commissioning.

Maintenance & Repair:

• Perform regular maintenance checks and inspections on solar installations.

• Perform troubleshooting and solve queries of the customers

• Use diagnostic tools to monitor system performance and identify inefficiencies or faults.

• Ensure solar systems are operating optimally and efficiently.

• Record and report on performance metrics to ensure continued system operation.

• Technicians will be able to solve queries of the customers, whether it is technical or non-technical.

• Technician will be responsible for completion of query on time.

• Replace defective components such as solar panels, batteries, inverters, and cables.

• Troubleshoot and repair solar system faults, including electrical and mechanical failures.

Material Management:

• Technician needs to update the status of materials used or unused at site.

• Technician will be responsible for the material dispatch at site.

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards to ensure safe working conditions.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Comply with local, state, and national regulations and codes during installations.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of system installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Provide detailed reports on site conditions, work progress, and system status.

• Technician will be responsible for DISCOM and documentation work for the same.

• Technician will be responsible for collect all Documents which require for Project Completion.

• Technician will be able to submit complete project report of each customer. 

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.

Others:

• Technician to utilize his skill to generate references from completed site by delivering good quality of workmanship.

• Technician needs to upgrade himself on industry knowledge. He must also document the client’s need for better decisions.     

• Technician has to manage/take task accountability and work delegation at workplace.

• Technician must maintain a healthy relationship with all clients and contractors.

• Technician must attend trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company.

Technician will ensure compliance with safety standards during all the installations.
