Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, switchgear, fire alarms, and emergency systems.

• Diagnose electrical problems and perform necessary repairs on wiring, fixtures, control systems, and equipment.

• Install new electrical systems, wiring, outlets, and lighting as required by building modifications or upgrades.

• Maintain and repair electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, and conduit systems.

• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Collaborate with HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance staff to support integrated building systems.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and work orders.

• Respond promptly to emergency calls related to electrical faults or power outages.

• Assist with energy efficiency initiatives and support sustainability programs.

• Keep tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• PWD certification in electrical work required.
