Job Description:

We are looking for a Cabling Executive to join our industrial automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cable handling and basic electrical assembly work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cable cutting, stripping, and routing as per panel/layout design.

• Crimping and soldering of wires, connectors, terminals, and PCB components.

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and field cabling.

• Identify and select appropriate wire sizes, lugs, and sleeves.

• Follow wiring diagrams and work instructions accurately.

• Conduct continuity testing and basic quality checks.

• Ensure workplace safety and maintain cleanliness.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in electrical wiring, cable assembly, or related tasks.

• Strong skills in crimping, soldering, and cable routing.

• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams/schematics.

• Familiarity with tools like wire cutters, crimpers, multimeters, etc.

• Good attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
