To ensure uninterrupted electrical operations and maintenance at Theobroma's retail outlets, commissaries, and/or production units. This includes maintaining all electrical fittings, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and ensuring safety compliance.
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of all electrical systems including lighting, wiring, sockets, and circuit breakers.
Troubleshoot and repair bakery equipment like ovens, refrigerators, mixers, etc.
Install new electrical systems or modify existing ones as per business needs.
Ensure all electrical equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
Maintain backup systems (generators, UPS) and ensure they are functional.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of downtime or hazards.
Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business.
Maintain logs of maintenance work done and prepare reports as required.
Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when needed.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per FSSAI and company guidelines.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Electrician, preferably in hospitality, food services, or manufacturing.
Knowledge of bakery/kitchen equipment maintenance is a strong plus.
Familiarity with safety standards and electrical compliance.
Ability to read electrical blueprints and technical diagrams.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed (especially during breakdowns).
Good communication and coordination skills.
