Job Title: Panel Wiring Electrician

Location: noida

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Panel Wiring Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, wiring, installing, testing, and commissioning electrical control panels and electrical systems in compliance with engineering drawings, standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, single-line diagrams and panel layouts.

• Assemble control panels and electrical distribution panels (junction boxes, switchboards, MCCs, etc.).

• Wire and terminate components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, overloads, PLCs, drives, control wiring, and power wiring.

• Perform testing and commissioning of panels: continuity checks, insulation resistance, functional testing.

• Troubleshoot wiring or panel assembly issues, propose corrective actions and implement as required.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors and other team members to ensure timely completion of panel build and installation.

• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed: wiring lists, test records, as-built changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or trade certification in electrical/electronics is a plus.

• Proven experience in panel wiring, assembly and installation (preferably in industrial or commercial environment).

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Recruit Better Resources

• Good hand-skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Valid electrical license/trade qualification (if required by local jurisdiction).

• Willingness to work shifts / overtime / onsite as required.

• Experience with control systems (PLC, drives, automation panels).
