Role & responsibilities

1. The detail scope of work is given below:

a. Consumer indexing on de-novo basis for cabling/ Crimping electrical locations in the selected Automation project

Area along with its regular updates during period.

b. Consumer indexing/survey, Meter installation and handling of consumer complaints needs to be

done using mobile application provided by the company.

c. The selected employee needs to install smart meter and meter boxes along with NIC card, SIM card

and PVC seals, while Installation of Distribution Box and laying of service cable from LT line to meter

and from Meter to consumer premises, removal of existing cable shall lie in the responsibility of

CSPDCL.

d. Dismantling existing meter boxes from site as per the guidelines of the CSPDCL. The installation

work of meter boxes, etc. should be carried out as per the safety guidelines of the CSPDCL, while

meeting all requisite quality standards.

e. All meter installations at user accessible height.

f. Each Team should comprise of at least one technician and helper.
