Key Responsibilities:
Game Maintenance and Repair: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing malfunctioning arcade games, rides, and other attractions.
Preventative Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks and upkeep on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Safety and Security: Ensuring the venue is a safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to safety regulations, and handling emergency situations.
Guest Interaction: Providing excellent customer service by explaining game rules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Inventory Management: Assisting with maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Assisting with Setup and Installation: Helping with the setup and installation of new games and attractions.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensuring the game area, workshop, and other areas are clean and organized.
