3. Support to Vehicle Operations

4. Workshop & Team Leadership

   • Supervise junior electricians and helpers in the workshop.

   • Guide mechanics when electrical issues are linked with mechanical systems.

5. Safety & Compliance

   • Ensure compliance with RTO, pollution, and safety standards regarding vehicle electrics.

   • Train drivers and operators on basic electrical safety (e.g., handling battery issues).

6. Documentation & Reporting

   • Maintain service logs for electrical repairs.
