Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to oversee and support the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between various departments, manage project documentation, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all phases of electrical projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.

Serve as a liaison between engineering, procurement, construction teams, and clients.

Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure alignment with scope and requirements.

Track project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Assist in preparing project reports, progress updates, and presentations.

Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.

Proven experience in project coordination, especially in electrical or EPC projects.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and engineering standards.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
