Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and motivated Technicians / Installation Agents to handle installation, maintenance, and service of Purity Hub water treatment systems at customer sites. The role involves technical work, customer interaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Install Water Softeners, Carbon & Sand Filters, and related systems at customer sites.

Conduct water testing, hardness measurement, and equipment setup.

Perform periodic maintenance, service visits, and troubleshooting.

Demonstrate product usage and care to customers after installation.

Maintain service records, collect customer feedback, and report to the service manager.

Ensure professional communication, proper documentation, and timely completion of jobs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (preferred)

Experience: 0–3 years in Water Purifiers, Softener, RO, or Plumbing installation/service / Training Provided

Technical Skills:

Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge

Ability to use TDS/Hardness meters and installation tools

Soft Skills:

Good communication & customer handling

Self-motivated, punctual, and responsible
