Job Title

Control Panel Manufacturing Engineer / Control Panel Technician

Location

Dombivli (East), Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test various types of electrical control panels.

• Interpret and work with electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

• Perform internal quality checks such as continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and functional testing.

• Build Star-Delta, MCC, APFC, VFD, Flame-Proof, and customized industrial panels as per requirements.

• Coordinate with the engineering/supervisor team for timely production.

• Assist during installation and commissioning when required.

• Identify errors, perform troubleshooting, and ensure corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industrial standards.

• Maintain documentation, test reports, and production records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.

• Hands-on experience in control panel wiring and assembly.

• Good knowledge of MCC, VFD, and industrial control systems.

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.

• Familiarity with electrical safety standards.

• Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with PLC/Automation panels.

• Experience with flame-proof (FLP) panels.

• Knowledge of site installation and commissioning.

• Understanding of ISO/IEC standards and electrical testing procedures.
