Job Title: Electrician – High-Rise & Villa Projects

Experience: 5+ years (High-rise residential & villa projects)

Job Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Electrician with strong exposure to high-rise residential buildings and villa projects. The role involves managing day-to-day electrical operations, ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and smooth coordination at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise electrical installations for high-rise apartments and villas

• Manage day-to-day electrical operations at the project site

• Interpret and work as per electrical drawings, layouts, and specifications

• Install, test, and maintain:

  • Wiring, cabling, conduits

  • Switchboards, panels, DBs

  • Lighting, power points, earthing & grounding systems

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other trades

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve issues promptly

• Monitor material usage and report requirements

• Ensure work is completed on time and with quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent certification

• Proven experience in high-rise residential and villa electrical works

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Residential electrical systems

  • Load calculations & power distribution

  • Safety norms and best practices

• Ability to manage and guide technicians/helpers

• Good understanding of site coordination and execution

• Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience in real estate developer projects

• Ability to handle multiple electrical activities simultaneously

• Basic documentation and reporting skills
