Billing Engineer - Electrcial

We are looking for an Billing Engineer - Electrical to join our team at Br Mep Engineers Private Limited. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹50000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute wiring plans, install fixtures & equipment, and ensure safety compliance.

• Install safety and distribution components like switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, etc.

• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.

• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.

• Prevent breakdown of systems by daily inspection and replace old wiring and insulated cables.

• Identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units.

I would like to inform you that we have an urgent need for Billing Engineers at the L&T site, and the hours will be 09:00 HRS to 18:00 HRS for your consideration.

Some of the job responsibilities are mentioned below:

1. Drawing & Quantity

Coordinate with clients regarding drawing revisions and new drawing availability.

Ensure effective coordination with site staff for execution.

Conduct quantity survey/calculation as per the drawings provided.

2. Billing Activities

Maintain and update MIRs (Material Inspection Reports) in the billing annexure.

Maintain and update WIRs (Work Inspection Reports) in the billing annexure.

Prepare and compose bills based on site execution.

Coordinate with CPWD/L&T for quantity checking and certification.

Coordinate up to EIP update and invoice generation.

Create and maintain a WIR tracker, aligned with L&T’s WIR records.

Handle reconciliation of incoming material vs. installation claimed.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.
