Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive tractor safely and efficiently within the factory premises or agricultural fields.

• Feed raw material (e.g., biomass, crops, organic waste, etc.) into machinery as per instructions.

• Perform pre-operational checks on the tractor and attached implements (trailers, loaders, etc.).

• Transport materials like raw inputs, waste, or finished goods within the site as per requirements.

• Assist in loading and unloading of materials as directed by the supervisor.

• Ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness of the tractor.

• Report any mechanical issues or irregularities to the maintenance department.

• Comply with all safety protocols and site rules while operating equipment.

Requirements:

• Valid Tractor Driving License (mandatory).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operating tractors in industrial or agricultural setups.

• Basic knowledge of tractor maintenance.

• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor and industrial environments.
