Job Summary:

As a Bus Attendant / Conductor, you will take care of passengers during their journey. Your job is to make sure every traveler feels safe, comfortable, and well looked after from start to end of the trip. You will also help with communication, cleanliness, and smooth travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Care & Service

• Welcome passengers politely and help them find their seats.

• Assist with luggage and special needs (elderly, children, or differently-abled).

• Make sure all promised facilities (like water bottles, blankets, etc.) are provided.

• Serve water, snacks, or refreshments during the journey.

• Handle passenger questions or complaints calmly and respectfully.

2. Bus Cleanliness & Supplies

• Keep the bus neat and clean before, during, and after every trip.

• Check stock of items like water bottles, blankets, and tissues.

• Inform the manager immediately if anything is missing or damaged.

• Report any issue related to bus quality or hygiene.

3. Communication & Coordination

• Contact passengers before the trip for pickup details and boarding location.

• Guide passengers during boarding and make sure everyone is seated safely.

• Announce important information like travel updates, food stops, and arrival times.

• Inform passengers about any delay or schedule change.

• Stay in touch with your manager for any route or bus-related issue.

• Coordinate with driver and helper to maintain discipline and smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).

• Must speak Hindi (English is an added advantage).

• Good communication and polite behavior.

• Responsible, punctual, and neat in appearance.

• Experience in bus, travel, or customer service will be preferred.
