Sr Digital Marketing Executive

Overview

This is a full-time, Work From Office role based on Karve Road, Pune, with hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. We're looking for someone between 20 and 30 years old with 2 to 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Planning and running our SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

• Optimizing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to get the best return on investment.

• Managing and growing our social media presence through smart content and engagement.

• Doing advanced SEO tasks, including building backlinks, performing technical audits, and analyzing competitors.

• Creating and managing complex automation workflows using tools like Make.com and n8n (this is a big plus!).

• Running A/B tests for emails, landing pages, and ads to see what works best.

• Analyzing campaign performance, reporting on it, and suggesting clear strategies for improvement.

• Mentoring junior team members and working closely with design, content, and tech teams.

• Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially in automation.
