About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and lead our digital communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, running social media campaigns, and building a strong brand presence across platforms.

Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.

Create high-quality, original written and visual content tailored to each campaign.

Maintain a strong and engaging online presence for the company.

Monitor and manage the company’s brand reputation on social media.

Collaborate with relevant influencers to enhance brand awareness.

Manage online communities to ensure positive, respectful, and meaningful engagement.

Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media accounts.

Oversee customer service interactions conducted via social media.

Analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Train and guide employees on best practices for content creation and brand communication.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Social Media Executive.

Strong ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies.

Experience contributing to or creating marketing plans.

Ability to adapt tone and messaging to suit each social media platform.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage online communities.

Basic understanding of graphic design principles and visual branding.

Experience managing and growing brand presence on social media.

Ability to analyze data and measure the success of campaigns.
