• Manage all onboarded clients assigned under VBF Studios Private Limited.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls and maintain strong communication to understand clients’ marketing requirements, campaign objectives, and creative expectations.
• Prepare and share monthly content calendars for client approval, ensuring alignment with brand goals and posting schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and creatives by coordinating with the editing and sales teams.
• Maintain a client tracker and update status on active campaigns, approvals, and feedback loops.
• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Strategically manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for clients to improve local visibility and engagement.
• Use Meta Business Suite for scheduling, insights, and ad management.
• Analyze performance metrics—engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, and ROI—to optimize content and campaign results.
• Ensure all creatives, copies, and videos align with each client’s brand tone and objectives.
• Execute and monitor paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Track ad performance, manage budgets, and report campaign ROI weekly and monthly.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, captions, and targeting to improve cost per lead and conversion ratios.
• Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and fine-tune ad strategies accordingly.
• Utilize Canva and AI-based design tools to create quick, effective creatives for client approvals and internal use.
• Work closely with the editing team to brief visual and video requirements.
• Ensure creative consistency and timely delivery across all client campaigns.
• Align with the Sales Team for understanding lead flow, campaign objectives, and client feedback.
