We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media professional to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The role involves planning, creating, and executing engaging content, managing campaigns, and building strong brand visibility to connect with our target audience.
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
Work with influencers and partnerships to enhance brand presence.
Suggest and implement new features to improve brand awareness (contests, collaborations, live sessions).
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong creative skills in content creation (visuals, copywriting, storytelling).
Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to trends quickly.
A good eye for aesthetics and brand identity.
