Job Description – Social Media Marketing Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Executive. As a crucial member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing social media strategies, managing online campaigns, and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms. Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.
Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics, to attract and retain followers.
Social Media Management: Monitor and manage multiple social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand consistency.
Community Engagement: Proactively engage with our target audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive relationships and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance our social media presence.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Research and Monitoring: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas of growth in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., and understanding of their features, algorithms, and best practices.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking and content creation skills to develop engaging social media content.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts.
Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness.
Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends, platforms, and technologies in the social media landscape.

SSP (On the Job Training):
The OJT Phase will start for the candidates who have successfully cleared the interview.
A three-day comprehensive process training will be conducted with our Experts and Seniors of the Relevant Field from the date of joining.
Only qualifying trainees will become eligible to be offered as Social Media Marketing Expert (Subject to approval from management).
A salary structure from Rs. 10,000/- to 20,000/- per month will be provided, which will be decided on the basis of the candidate’s interview and their knowledge and skill in the respective field.
Candidates who did not do well in the interview may be given the chance to prove themselves by taking part in our internship program.
Internship candidates may be promoted as permanent employees after completing 3 months of the program.
A stipend of Rs. 5,000/- will be given during the internship period.
Note:
The working days including training period will be 6 days a week (Sunday is a weekly off). The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/trainer and HR team. Upon successfully passing the training program, you become eligible for the role of Social Media Marketing Executive and will be able to start the job in the offered role location only after officially joining.
