Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across all platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals.
Create engaging, on-brand content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Monitor, respond to, and engage with the audience across platforms in real time.
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, followers, and conversions.
Analyze campaign results and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other team members to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (optional, depending on experience).
Assist in influencer collaborations, contests, and community-building initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
6months –3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
Solid knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or Sprout Social.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Video editing skills (basic or intermediate level) are a plus.
Experience with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Familiarity with influencer marketing tools or campaign management.
