Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos, aligned with brand guidelines.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.

Manage paid social media campaigns, optimize ad performance, and improve ROI.

Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other team members to maintain brand consistency.

Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and handle customer queries professionally.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships to enhance brand reach.

Track and report key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and engagement tactics

Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.

Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising.

Creativity with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
