Job Description: Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence while driving impactful paid campaigns. This role is a blend of creative social media management and data-driven performance marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both content and analytics.

· Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.
· Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and stories.
· Publish daily content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
· Write compelling captions & CTAs to boost engagement and conversions.
· Manage community interactions (DMs, comments, Telegram groups, WhatsApp broadcasts).
· Track and share user engagement insights with the team.
· Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
· Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and support ongoing optimizations.
· Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
· Run retargeting campaigns and support funnel optimization.
· Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports.
· Track and analyze key organic and paid metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions).
· Stay updated on social trends, platform algorithms, and ad marketing benchmarks.
· Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, webinars, and testimonials.
· 2–4 years of experience in Social Media & Performance Marketing (EdTech/Finance preferred).
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
· Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.
· Strong written & verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
· Experience with YouTube Lives or webinars.
· Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs.
· Interest in stock market/finance-related content.
