Ensure all creatives align with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice.
Assist in developing content calendars, post copies, and campaign themes.
2. Social Media Account Management
Manage day-to-day operations of all social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain community interaction.
3. Content Writing & Communication
Write clear, engaging, and relevant content for posts, stories, reels, and ads.
Draft compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-action lines suited to each platform.
Coordinate with the design and marketing team for content approvals and execution.
4. Strategy & Growth
Assist in developing monthly social media strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Identify new trends, reels formats, and content opportunities to keep the brand current.
Track key performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance.
5. Coordination & Research
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign inputs and updates.
Research competitors and industry benchmarks to improve content quality and performance.
Stay updated with social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
6. Optional (Preferred Skills)
Basic understanding of paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosts, LinkedIn Ads).
Ability to edit short videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar apps.
