Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging and relevant content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media platforms.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Run paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content planning.
Respond to customer queries and comments promptly.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new platform updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Basic graphic designing/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Good communication and copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset with understanding of insights, reach, impressions, and campaign metrics.
