## Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management
• Develop and execute result-oriented social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs).
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Handle paid campaigns and advertisements to generate qualified leads.
• Marketing & Branding
• Plan and implement 360° marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to promote projects and services.
• Coordinate with design teams/agencies for creatives, brochures, videos, and promotional material.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Manage PR, media tie-ups, and collaborations with influencers for brand visibility.
• Lead Generation & Client Engagement
• Design and run digital campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth funneling of leads.
• Build strong online communities and engage with clients through content, messages, and comments.
• Market Research & Strategy
• Track competitors’ marketing activities and identify industry trends.
• Suggest innovative campaigns, events, and digital tools to enhance customer engagement.
• Analyze ROI of campaigns and prepare monthly performance reports for management.

## Requirements
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (real estate industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Creative mindset with strong graphic sense and video editing knowledge (basic tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and drive measurable results.
