Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting engaging content, managing social media accounts, and running effective ad campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values
- Run paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for organic and paid campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing goals
- Suggest new ideas for content to improve engagement and reach
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management and advertising
- Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing trends
