🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual who can manage multiple functions of marketing — from social media content creation and video editing to influencer coordination and running digital ad campaigns. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow rapidly.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Scriptwriting & Content Creation

Write catchy captions, ad copy, and reel scripts for salon shoots and influencer videos.

Video Editing

Edit salon walkthroughs, influencer reels, and promotional videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN, etc.

Influencer Shoot Coordination

Manage models/influencers, plan shoot days, coordinate with salons for brand shoots.

Performance Marketing

Run and monitor basic Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, boost key posts, and report performance weekly.

Campaign Execution

Assist with seasonal campaigns, event promotions, and offline salon branding efforts.

✅ Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of relevant experience in digital/social media marketing

Strong command over video editing, reel creation, and basic ad management

Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager

Excellent writing skills (English & Hindi) for catchy, relatable content

Must be creative, organized, and able to work independently

Comfortable with field visits and coordinating shoots (bike preferred)
