Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals

• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

• Monitor social channels, respond to audience interactions, and manage online reputation

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

• Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and prepare monthly reports

• Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and content innovations

• Manage paid social media campaigns when needed and optimize them for performance

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management

• Deep understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and audience engagement tactics

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic video editing software

• Strong communication and creative writing skills

• Well-organized with excellent time-management capabilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)
