Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for clients across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, videos, images, and stories, that align with client branding and messaging. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing objectives and client goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to drive results. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions, as needed. Build and manage relationships with influencers and other partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully growing and engaging social media audiences.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling. • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or startup environment is a plus.
