We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, increase engagement, and strengthen our brand online. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and analyzing social media campaigns across all major platforms.
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Manage daily operations of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create, plan, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and content.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage paid social media campaigns (ads, boosts, promotions).
Prepare monthly reports on growth, reach, engagement, and ROI.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
Creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of current trends.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Influencer collaboration or campaign experience.
