We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to build and scale Provitt Consultant’s digital presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about finance, understands regulatory nuances, and knows how to turn complex financial information into engaging, compliant content.
Key Responsibilities
o Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Provitt Consultant’s brand voice and financial services.
o Plan and manage the social media content calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
o Create and curate informative, relevant, and visually engaging content (posts, infographics, videos, stories) tailored to financial topics such as investment trends, tax tips, savings, and consulting insights.
o Collaborate with internal finance experts to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
o Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
o Build relationships with finance influencers, clients, and stakeholders.
o Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth; prepare monthly performance reports.
o Use data to optimize content and strategy.
o Ensure all content adheres to financial industry regulations, compliance standards, and brand guidelines.
o Stay updated on FINRA/SEC social media regulations and other legal considerations in finance communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the finance or consulting sector.
• Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of financial terminology and industry practices.
• Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Understanding of compliance requirements for financial content (e.g., disclosures, disclaimers).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience in B2B social media strategy.
• Ability to manage paid campaigns on social platforms.
