WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Turn our 6P content strategy (Problems, Product Truths, Punchlines, People, Process, Proof) into viral reels and grid posts

• Build a visually consistent, scroll-stopping Instagram grid (and maybe LinkedIn soon)

• Collaborate on weekly content drops with ChatGPT & Sora AI

• Track basic analytics, optimize based on what works

• Manage the content calendar + repurpose posts for stories, highlights, WhatsApp, etc.

WHO YOU ARE

Must-Have

• Obsessed with Instagram, reels, memes, and what makes GenZ stop scrolling

• Strong aesthetic sense — you get what “premium but relatable” looks like

• Copywriting instincts – punchlines, witty headlines, zero cringe

• You love brands that feel like friends, not companies

• ✅ Have Canva or Figma skills — you can design thumb-stopping posts yourself

Bonus If You...
