About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our

brand’s social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand

awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute monthly/quarterly social media strategies aligned with

marketing and business goals.

 Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Google Adwords, Instagram,

Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

 Plan and create engaging content, including images, videos, Reels, carousels, and

stories.

 Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging across

campaigns.

 Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content and

engagement.

 Manage social media calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.

 Run and monitor paid social media ad campaigns in collaboration with performance

marketing.

 Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports

using analytics tools.

 Respond to messages, comments, and DMs promptly, building community and

managing brand reputation.

 Engage with influencers and partners for collaborations and campaigns.

 Stay updated with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and tools.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

 1-2 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.

 Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics

tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).

 Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

 Excellent written and visual communication skills.

 Strong organizational and project management skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
