Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to promote our Pan-Asian dishes, special offers, and restaurant events.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way, fostering community engagement.
Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the food and hospitality industry.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for a restaurant or hospitality brand.
Strong understanding of current social media platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for aesthetics and experience with content creation, coordinating with a third-party vendor for the videos.
