Role Overview:

They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to support their marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone with a strong visual eye, love for storytelling, and a passion for social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging and on-brand social media content — including posts, stories, and reels.

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos that reflect Ether Atelier’s brand identity.

• Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva (or similar tools).

• Manage posting and scheduling across all social media platforms.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends, explore new features, and propose creative ways to grow engagement.

• Track performance metrics and share insights to optimize future content.

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

• Basic photography and content creation skills (comfortable shooting with a phone or camera).

• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting fresh ideas.

• Passion for food, design, and storytelling is a big plus.
