• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content performance.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to maintain brand consistency.

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Build influencer partnerships and manage collaborations.

• Support in crisis communication and reputation management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

• Experience with paid advertising and campaign optimization.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong analytical skills to measure success and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
