Job Description
A social media executive manages an organization’s social media accounts. They create content, monitor & analyse performance and engage with users across multiple platforms to establish a strong-footed digital presence for the firm.
Social Media Executive Responsibilities:
● Work closely with marketing and communications leaders to establish and maintain an assertive brand outreach on social platforms.
● Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
● Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc
● Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
● Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries. Social Media Executive Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree must required
● Knowledge of digital marketing tools .
● Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing techniques.
● Knowledge of social media management tools
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Knowledge of WordPress would be preferable.
