Manage and maintain company presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, videos).
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant and innovative.
Run paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads if required).
Respond to audience queries, comments, and messages promptly to maintain engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, ROI).
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management (1–3 years for Executive, 3–6 years for Manager).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Creative thinking with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing basics is a plus.
Experience with social media advertising and influencer collaborations preferred.
