• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies

  • Develop and implement unique, trend-oriented social media marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

  • Create amazing content plans with a strong visual and storytelling approach.

  • Supervise and execute professional photo and video shoots, ensuring brand alignment and production quality.

  • Plan and execute creative campaigns, reels, and viral content ideas tailored to target audiences.

  • Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and social media analytics across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent and premium brand identity.

  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance with insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated with current trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media..

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager strategist

• Strong creative mindset with innovative marketing and content ideas.

• Hands-on experience with shoot planning, direction, and execution.

• Excellent understanding of content aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Deep knowledge of social media growth strategies and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and deliver consistent quality output.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
